The few days before we left Mylin’s pain had already been really high. Traveling, especially on a plane, always exacerbates that. Mylin has been struggling with bad with pain since arrival. They didn’t sleep at all last night, and woke up super nauseous. We couldn’t get them to eat anything this morning. Their hands over their face and their body curled up, we gave them Zofran and before we knew it they were throwing up everywhere. Throughout the last two years and even before, Mylin has been nauseous most of the time, but never actually puked no matter how bad it got. My kids just aren’t pukers. I told them that pancreas knows it’s about to go, so it’s going screaming and kicking. Hoping for some comfort for them for these days leading to surgery.
